David had accepted the challenge to fight Goliath and was sent to meet King Saul. It was at that moment David was told he was just a boy and thus could not fight Goliath, even though he knew the power, skills, potential and strength he carried.
That's the same situation you go through each day. You know the potential and strength you carry, yet still you'll find one person discouraging you saying, "you're too young, you can't do it. You're a fresh graduate, you can't take that position, you have no experience."
Just like David, don't let their negative words discourage you. You carry a unique spirit.
You may be just a "boy" or new in that environment but don't forget the potential you carry. Don't give up, continue to press on.
