WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER JESUS (You Receive Joy)

"The man went into the Temple with them, walking back and forth, dancing and praising God. Everybody there saw him walking around and praising God".
Acts 3:8
In this lame man's story, we see him go through a very difficult phase of life - begging and depending on people to survive. It was a life of pain and strife, one that no one would wish on themselves, but, a simple encounter changed that narrative immediately.
The man encountered Jesus through the Apostles Peter and John and received healing. Aside the healing, he experienced a certain joy he had never experienced before!
When Jesus is missing from your life, it seems as if there is a dark cloud constantly over your head and even days when you experience happiness, it does not last.
But today, I want to introduce you to the one who gives everlasting joy - Jesus.
This joy is there regardless of what you are going through because you know He has already made you a victor.
For the first time in the man's life, he was able to dance and praise because Jesus entered into his situation. He moved from a season of pain and despair to a season of joy and celebration.
Just like the man, we become a sign and testimony of the resurrection of Christ through this encounter!
I declare that you shall enter into your season of joy and celebration in Jesus' name. May you encounter Christ in this season!
