STAND STILL (Stop Complaining)

“Then they said to Moses, “Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you so dealt with us, to bring us up out of Egypt? Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, ‘Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians’? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness.””
Exodus 14:11-12 NKJV
In the text above, we see a disgruntled Israel complaining to their leader Moses. They were blaming him for bringing them out of Egypt because in their minds, they were going to die. But they failed to realize that solutions don't come from complaining to a man but rather through lifting up your eyes to God.
When problems come our way, the natural human instinct is to tackle them by complaining. Sometimes, many of us turn to soliciting help from our friends and families instead of calling on God to see us through.
Instead of complaints call on the name of the Lord to come through for you. For when God says stand still, all you need to do is to be quiet knowing that He is with you in that problem. It does not matter the trials and temptations that come your way, all you need to do is to hold on to His Word.
I declare in the name of Jesus that you will hold on to your faith and call on the name of the Lord in the midst of tribulation.
