HOW MUCH OF JESUS DO YOU KNOW (The Personality of Jesus)
"Then Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven. The other guests began to say among themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” Luke 7:48-49 (NIV)
The preceding verses of the above scripture tells a story of a sinful woman who wet the feet of Jesus with her tears, wiped them with her hair, kissed and anointed Jesus' feet with an alabaster box of perfume. The Pharisee who invited Jesus into his house saw this and said to himself, "If this man were a prophet, He would know who is touching Him and what kind of woman she is—that she is a sinner.” (vs 39)
But in all this, Jesus saw the faith of the woman and said to her, "your sins are forgiven" (vs 48). Then the guests who had gathered said among themselves, "who is this who even forgives sins?" (vs 49)
The Man I am talking about is Jesus, the forgiver of our sins. He died and rose for you and I to to be saved. Today I recommend this Jesus to you. It doesn't matter the state in which you are, Jesus is ever ready to accept and forgive you. Surrender to the forgiver of sins and be saved from all unrighteousness and be loved by Him.
