BACKGROUND

Christian Leadership College founded in April 2001, stems from the vision of its President, the Most Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah, to prepare men and women who would be fully equipped to rightly divide the “Word of Truth” while effectively presenting Christ in every facet of their lives.
In the year 2003, a two-year diploma programme was introduced alongside the maiden twelve-week certificate in Biblical studies.

NEW VISION

In line with the vision of the college and seeing the need to be more abreast with changing trends, a new administration was put in place since the year 2005, which was tasked among other things to restructure the college. The objective was to revive the programmes of the college among others.
The vision of the College is to induce in students, effective performance and excellence for ministry and functional endeavours and career aspirations for optimum results. The beauty of the restructuring has been that students, who wish to study Functional, Leadership and Career Progression courses without the desire to enter into ministry, are fully catered for in short course programmes. The courses include Church Accounting, Financial Management, Strategic Management Skills, Church Governance and Administration, Communication and Presentation Skills
All courses have in addition been redesigned for enrichment.

MANAGEMENT AND FACULTY

The President of the Christian Leadership College; Most Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah meets with the students to impart wisdom, share his vision and hold leadership seminars with them. Also the school is managed by competent and highly qualified academicians who have attained great heights in academic and professional excellence. Having in mind that the school admits people with various academic qualifications such as Masters and Bachelor degree holders, the faculty of the school is made up of lectures of high repute with Masters degrees and specialities to meet the challenge.

The College has been able to produce students of high calibre and quality. These include founders of churches, church administrators, consultants and ministers of high repute

The Christian Leadership College is equipped with air conditioned lecture halls, a state of the art computer lab with top – notch internet facilities.

AFFILIATION AND INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE

Christian Leadership College is securing for itself a name, as a global innovator in education. Therefore, the vision of the President, the Most Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah has been to give the college an international status. The college therefore invites visiting Lecturers from internationally recognized institutions to deliver papers to the ever - increasing student body. As part of this, the Christian Leadership College has collaborated and is affiliated with higher learning institutions such as Trinity Theological seminary and Regent University of Science and Technology.

PROGRAMMES AND COURSES OFFERED

The programmes offered give students, far reaching and wide experiences into Biblical knowledge, practical leadership as well as opening their minds unto current and new trends in society. The programmes offered include

Certificate in Ministry with Administration
Certificate in Music with Missions
Diploma in Theology with Management
Diploma in Music and Theology

which exposes the student to the nature of music and worship, which is combined effectively with the expository study of Biblical knowledge.

Admission to the college has been opened to people with all levels of academic backgrounds from basic schools to Masters Degrees to study our high standard programmes to equip them and sharpen them in leadership and for the work of the ministry. No one is below the minimum pre- qualification requirement and no one is also above it.
